1. Introduction

SheepLab provides apps including children's educational apps, a learning worksheet app, and a qualification-exam study app. This Privacy Policy explains the information collected and how it is handled when using these apps.

The intended audience, features, and external services differ by app. The app-specific information in Section 8 takes precedence where applicable. We collect only the minimum information necessary for each app, do not sell personal information, do not serve advertising, and do not track users across third-party apps or websites.

2. Information We Collect

The information collected and stored by our apps varies by app, but may include:

• Gameplay data: Scores, completion time, number of correct answers, number of mistakes, play date/time, etc.
• App settings: Selected game modes, difficulty levels, volume settings, etc.
• Learning data: Learning content, mastered items, practice frequency, improvement levels, study sessions, generated PDF content, etc.

Important: This information is generally stored only on your device. However, certain apps described in Section 8 send the minimum information needed for problem reports, anonymous usage information, or purchase management to identified external services. Unless specifically stated in Section 8, we do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.

3. Purpose of Information Use

The collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Saving and displaying game progress
• Providing in-game ranking features
• Displaying and analyzing learning history
• Remembering and restoring previous settings
• Improving app performance and usability
• Reviewing user-submitted problem reports where an app provides that feature

4. Information Sharing

Our apps generally do not share collected information with third parties. However, certain apps described in Section 8 send the minimum necessary information to identified service providers for app functionality, problem-report handling, anonymous usage analytics, and purchase management.

We will not disclose your information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When necessary to comply with legal requirements
• When necessary to protect our rights or property
• In emergencies to protect user or public safety
• With your explicit consent

5. Data Storage Location and Period

Unless otherwise stated in Section 8, data is stored only on your device (in local storage such as AsyncStorage). Data is retained until you uninstall the app or use each app's "Data Reset" function. Data handled by external services is retained according to each service's policy.

For example, in "Kids Trump Calculation," you can reset gameplay data by using the "Reset Rankings" function. App-specific deletion details are described in Section 8.

6. Privacy Protection in Children's Apps

This section applies to the children's apps listed in Section 8. Those apps are designed with consideration for users including children under 13, and we take appropriate measures under applicable privacy laws. CareerCon Gakka Lab is a qualification-exam study app for a different audience and has different features.

• We do not collect personally identifiable information
• We do not collect location information
• We do not use advertising IDs
• External links are limited to necessary support, terms, and privacy-policy pages
• Any use of third-party analytics is disclosed for each app in Section 8
• Any in-app purchases are disclosed for each app in Section 8

The children's apps are designed to be safe for children to use and do not contain inappropriate content or harmful features.

7. App Permissions

Depending on the app, our apps may request permission to access the following device features or resources:

• Storage: Used to save game data on the device
• Audio: Used to play music and sound effects

We do not request access to device features that are not needed by the relevant app, such as the camera, microphone, or location. Each app is designed to request only the minimum necessary permissions.

8. App-Specific Privacy Information

Each of our apps has specific privacy information as follows:

Card Calc for Kids

• Information collected: Gameplay data (completion time, number of mistakes, play date/time), game settings (selected game mode [addition/subtraction] and level)
• Required permissions: Storage (game data saving) only
• Data storage: All data is stored only on the device (AsyncStorage) and retained until you uninstall the app or use the "Reset Rankings" function
• Purpose of use: Providing in-game ranking features, displaying gameplay history
• External integrations: No external links, no in-app purchases, no advertising IDs
• We do not request access to other device features (camera, microphone, location, etc.)

Ear Training for Kids

• Information collected: Game score data (quiz scores and number of correct answers), settings data (difficulty and volume)
• Required permissions: Audio (playing music and sound effects) only
• Data storage: All data is stored only on the device and retained until you uninstall the app
• External integrations: No external links, no in-app purchases, no advertising IDs

Kids Music Score Master

• Information collected: Game scores (in-game progress), settings information (volume, etc.)
• Required permissions: Audio (for playing music and sound effects) only
• Data storage: All data is stored only on your device and retained until you uninstall the app
• External integrations: No external links, no in-app purchases, no advertising IDs
• Purpose of use: To support your child's music education and improve music score reading ability

Print Flashcards - FlashPrint

• Information processed only on the device: Front and back text of flashcards, deck names, worksheet titles and descriptions, PDF contents and file names, and layout, color, and font settings
• Anonymous usage analytics: We use TelemetryDeck to improve the app and understand reliability trends. We may send events for app launch, onboarding, deck creation and import, PDF generation, paywall display, and purchase flow, together with count ranges, fixed result categories, app version, language, and platform
• Information not sent: Lesson content, deck names, PDF file names, free-form error messages, names, email addresses, advertising IDs, or precise location
• Identifier: A random installation identifier is hashed on the device. It is not used to track users across third-party apps or websites
• Purchase information: Apple and RevenueCat process product, purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing-status information to provide in-app purchases and verify entitlements, under their respective terms and privacy policies. FlashPrint does not directly collect or store credit-card numbers
• Third-party services: TelemetryDeck (anonymous usage analytics), RevenueCat (purchase management), and Apple (App Store distribution and payments)
• Retention and deletion: On-device data and the installation analytics ID are removed when the relevant data is deleted in the app or the app is uninstalled. Purchase history and data held by external services are retained according to the policies of Apple, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck
• Advertising: We do not display ads or use advertising IDs

CareerCon Gakka Lab (キャリコン学科ラボ)

• Information processed only on the device: Learning content, learning progress, mastery information, study sessions, app settings, and the contents and files of generated flashcard PDFs
• Problem reports: If you submit a problem report, the app sends the item ID, knowledge-node ID, item type, question text, report category, optional comment, app version, report timestamp, and a random report ID used to prevent duplicates to a Supabase Edge Function. The app does not send your name, email address, or payment information. Do not include personal or sensitive information in comments
• Problem-report storage: Reports awaiting transmission are stored on the device. Submitted reports are managed in Supabase for the period necessary to review and improve the content. If transmission fails, you may manually send the report to a destination you choose through the iOS share function
• Purchase information: Apple and RevenueCat process product, purchase, restoration, refund, and billing-status information to provide the one-time learning-content purchase and verify entitlements, under their respective terms and privacy policies. The app does not directly collect or store credit-card numbers
• Third-party services: Supabase (receiving and managing problem reports), RevenueCat (purchase-status management), and Apple (App Store distribution, payments, and purchase management)
• PDF sharing: When you share a PDF, it is sent through the iOS share function to the destination you choose. The app does not automatically upload PDFs to an external service
• Advertising and analytics: We do not display ads, use advertising IDs, or use third-party analytics SDKs. We do not collect names, email addresses, or precise location information
• Deletion: Learning data, settings, and reports awaiting transmission are removed from the device when the app is deleted or the app's data is deleted on the device. Purchase history and data held by external services are retained according to the policies of Apple, RevenueCat, and Supabase and for the periods necessary to handle those records

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice due to legal changes, feature additions, or other reasons. When changes occur, we will notify you via the app, our website, or the App Store description page. For important changes, we will notify you when the app is updated.
